The system includes: walking beam of driving trolley(one set), driving car (five sets), laser tracking system one sets), working table and other components.

 

3.1, walking beam of drive trolley:

The walking beam has enough rigidity and strength to control the straightness error(max 0.5mm) of the trolley; there are linear guide rail and Card slot on the beam, the gap between the straight rail and the card slot is under 0.1mm, the linear guide rail to guarantee the straightness is less than 0.1mm , and ensure the linear guide locking and reliable; installed on the ground,the automatic welding trolley’s performance is more reliable, easy to observe, save a lot of space, also can reduce the cost of automation.

3.2, driving trolley:

The driving trolley consists of X-axis(along the walking beam), Y-axis(perpendicular to the workpiece)and Z-axis (parallel to the workpiece)and R-axis( for rotating)

The X-axis is driven by servo motor,large driving torque  and high transmission precision. The servo motor carries welding gun to complete lateral movement. The effective soldering travel of one welding trolley is 4000mm(to guarantee the laser tracking is within error).

 

The Y-axis is driven by stepper motor , synchronous belt drive, stepper motor carries welding gun to complete the longitudinal movement of 100mm.

 

The Z-axis is the same with the Y axis,carries welding gun to complete the up-down movement of 100mm.

 

Since the laser tracking is along the horizontal welding gap,so when the welding gap become longitudinal from horizontal ,the laser system need to adjust 90°to continue the tracking, therefore,the R-axis needs to control the rotating angle,the theoretical angle of rotation is 0 ~ 90 ° ~ 180 ° ~ 0, the design also according to this,equipped with the stepper motor driver developed by our company, the operation precision is high, the reaction is sensitive and durable.

Laser tracking system is our company’s standard testing components for welding gap , can detect and identify the welding gap’s situation of workpiece accurately. Laser tracking system and the four-dimensional welding mechanism are in the same trolley, so the distance between them is fixed, this design also greatly increased the welding accuracy.

 

Laser tracking system will transmit the scanned data  to the processor, then the processor issued a command to do the four-dimensional welding work by the four-dimensional welding mechanism .

Laser tracking system can detect the welding gap high accuracy, responsive, strong anti-arc interference etc., the system has been successfully used in many industries(many are harsh environment )

 

 

3.3, working table

Transmit roller is driven by induction motor, and the rollers are synchronously meshed with the chain,so the rollers can rotate synchronously, the workpiece can transmit in the working direction. When the 90-degree pneumatic turnover mechanism is placed flatly, the workpiece connect with the rollers directly,the workpiece can transmit accordingly.

 

When the workpiece is turned 90°by the 90-degree pneumatic turnover mechanism, need to stable the workpiece on the turnover frame, so we increase one set pneumatic stable tools,can ensure the stable of workpiece, and to prevent the workpiece from deforming after welding,can ensure that the level of rectangular tube and trolley rail is less than 1mm.
