automatic corrugated plate welding machine working process
Put the spot welding plate(below named workpiece) into the working table.
→ The workpiece is in place, the clamping cylinder of the tipping machine clamps the workpiece.
→ Turn on the tilting machine to achieve 90 degrees upright of workpiece.
→ Turn on the automatic tracking welding machine (real-time tracking automatic welding)
→ Turn on the driving trolley, the wave form tracking laser reaches the starting point, close to the workpiece and scan
→ Stop scanning until reach the certain distance (200mm, can be set)
→ Four-axis structure drive the gun to weld.
→ Automatic arc extinguishing after finish welding (arc extinguishing point can be automatically determined, but also can be set to a fixed value by parameter setting)
→ Gun and laser parameters back to zero
→ The driving trolley back
→ The weld on the underside of the workpiece is finished
→ Turn on the tilting machine, let the workpiece back to flat, the cylinder clamping releases the workpiece.
→ Turn the workpiece 180 °manually into the working table, repeat the above actions.
→ Until the welding is completed
